WARRANTY/GUARANTEE/RETURNS

WARRANTY/GUARANTEE & RETURNS POLICY

Products manufactured by TinkerBillies carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. We will promptly replace or repair any product that we determine to be defective. You are required to cooperate with us in providing reasonable documentation for us to be able to determine the nature of the problem. Normal wear and tear is not covered under the warranty. Replacement parts are available for purchase for parts that have been worn out by normal use or damaged by improper use. 

RETURN POLICY

Refunds can only be made to the original payment method. If a credit card is used, and the same card is no longer valid or available, we are only able to offer store credit.


Lowers: 80% Lower receivers can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. They must be in new condition, free of scratches or signs of use. Completed lowers are not returnable under any circumstances. Returned lowers are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

Blemished lowers are a final sale item.  We do not accept returns on blemished lowers unless there is a functional manufacturing defect.  

Accessories: All accessories are non-refundable. If you notify us within seven days of receiving the goods that there is a problem, we will set up an exchange. If you experience a problem with any non-TinkerBillies branded upper receiver that you purchased from us, we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf and ensure that they work with you directly to resolve the issue. If the product it deemed to be defective, the manufacturer will repair or replace it under the terms of their warranty. We only carry products made by reputable manufacturers who provide excellent customer support.

Refund of shipping fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable once a product has shipped. If an order is purchased with free shipping and then returned, our actual cost of shipping the order will be deducted from the amount refunded.


We are not required to accept returns beyond the return windows stated above. If we do accept a return after the return window has passed, you may be charged a restocking fee up to 25%. 

We cannot accept returns for any items without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our company. Packages received without a RMA may be refused and returned to the sender. To receive an RMA Number, please send an email to tinkerbillies20@gmail.com

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

To return your product, mail your product using a shipping service with tracking, along with a printed copy of your RMA to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is caused by our own error or manufacturing defect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

STOLEN CREDIT CARD PURCHASES

Any orders coming back as a chargeback due to fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
